Important Usage Note

This necklace is designed as a cute & stylish accessory for comfortable 24/7 wear. It is not intended for leash attachment or for pulling your pet. Please use a separate collar or harness for leash walking.

Your necklace is intentionally provided with extra length to help you achieve a safe and comfortable fit for your furkid.

Proper Fit Guidelines

  • Snug but Comfortable: The necklace should be adjusted to fit your pet's neck size comfortably – not too tight, but also not so loose that it could snag on objects.
  • Prevent Chewing: Critically, ensure the necklace is short enough that your pet cannot reach the tag or necklace to chew on it. This is important for their safety and the longevity of the tag.
  • General Rule: A good guideline is to be able to slip one or two fingers comfortably between the necklace and your pet's neck.

How to Access Your PET PASSPORT™ 

Follow these simple steps to view the PET PASSPORT™ using the smart name tag:

    1. Enable NFC on Your Smartphone:
      • Go to your phone's settings (often under "Connections" or "Wireless & Networks").
      • Find "NFC" (Near Field Communication) or "Contactless Payments" and ensure it's switched ON.
    2. Tap the Name Tag:
      • Make sure your phone is unlocked
      • Locate the NFC sensor on your phone. (Note: Its position varies by phone model, often near the back camera or center of the back.)
      • Gently tap this part of your phone against the pet's name tag. Think of it like making a contactless payment.
    3. Hold Briefly:
      • Hold your phone against the tag for 1-2 seconds to establish the connection.

    • • The pop-up notification should automatically open on your phone. Tap on it to access the PET PASSPORT™.

    Troubleshooting Tip: If it doesn't connect immediately, try slowly moving your phone over the tag to find the exact spot where its NFC sensor aligns with the tag.
