How long does it take to draw and delivery?

Our artist will complete your pawtrait as quickly as possible—usually within 48 hours. However, depending on the queue, it may take 3-5 days, then it will be shipped out. The Shipping will take 2-3 days to arrive.

Yes. all pawtraits comes with digital copy so you can use as wallpaper or reprint it again any time.

How to use Pawtrait with a smartphone?

Enable NFC on Your Smartphone:

  • Go to your phone's settings (often under "Connections" or "Wireless & Networks").
  • Find "NFC" (Near Field Communication) or "Contactless Payments" and ensure it's switched ON.

Tap the "TAP ME" badge:

  • Make sure your phone is unlocked
  • Locate the NFC sensor on your phone. (Note: Its position varies by phone model, often near the back camera or center of the back.)
  • Gently tap this part of your phone against the pet's name tag. Think of it like making a contactless payment.

Hold Briefly:

  • Hold your phone against the tag for 1-2 seconds to establish the connection.

• • The pop-up notification should automatically open on your phone. Tap on it to access the PET PASSPORT™.

Troubleshooting Tip: If it doesn't connect immediately, try slowly moving your phone over the tag to find the exact spot where its NFC sensor aligns with the tag.
